Dr. Lindsay Rubin

Dr. Lindsay Rubin serves as the Director of Clinical Affairs for Dental Home Services. She is a graduate of nationally ranked Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She continued her education with a residency at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in the Hell’s Kitchen section of Manhattan, which included extensive emergency room coverage. Dr. Lindsay is passionate about bringing quality dentistry to seniors and the disabled and teaches home care dentistry techniques to fellow dentists. Dr. Rubin lives in Monmouth County with her husband, Tom, and their two always smiling little girls, Maddie and Ellie. Their family loves going to the beach and the boardwalk.
Dr. Stu Rubin

Dr. Stu Rubin founded Dental Home Services over twenty-five years ago after his Father-in-law suffered a debilitating stroke that left him home bound. He saw firsthand the difficulties that were encountered by both home bound patients and their families and wanted to do what he could to help them. Dr. Stu is very well known in the home health care community, and over 350 assisted living facilities have chosen Dental Home Services to be the provider of dental treatment for their residents. Stu is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has been selected to be on the Board of Directors of Alzheimer’s New Jersey. He was also named Humanitarian of the Year by Caregiver Volunteers. Dr. Rubin is a Jersey Boy through and through, having attended both college and dental school at Rutgers. He is a season ticket holder for both Rutgers football and basketball (Hey, they’re getting there!). Dr. Rubin completed his residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Stu is married to his wife, Sue. They have a son, Adam, who is an Estate Planning attorney in Morganville, and a daughter, Dental Home Services’ very own Dr. Lindsay Rubin.
Dr. Jeff Poirier

Dr. Poirier is originally from Massachusetts. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s College in Maine, and his dental degree from Temple Dental School in Philadelphia. Jeff volunteered at the Harvard Dental Clinic for two years. His upbeat personality and amusing anecdotes are appreciated by his patients and the staff. He loves to travel, spend time with family, and play music. He was a DJ, loves 80’s music, and collects synthesizers from that era. Dr. Poirier lives in Orange with his husband, Manny, and their rescue animals, 2 dogs and 3 cats.
Dr. Ben Kahan

Dr. Kahan is a New Jersey native that loves the Eagle (sorry Jets & Giants). He completed his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University and his dental degree at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Valhalla, N.Y. His residency focused on trauma work at Albert Einstein Medical in the Bronx. Dr. Kahan chose mobile dentistry because he is able to restore oral health to a severely underserved population. He finds it very rewarding to be able to bring dentistry to people’s homes. When he is not working, he spends time with his wife and the newest family member, Graham. They can be found walking on the beach, snowboarding in Vermont, hiking local spots and anything else that involves quality time, fresh air and sunshine.
Dr. Tyler Watts

Dr. Watts was born and raised in rural Southern Indiana. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Southern Indiana, a master’s degree from Perdue University and his doctorate from Indiana University. He is a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys catching an Indiana Hoosiers basketball game. He takes pleasure in studying history, likes to travel and feels at peace when he is in the forest. Dr. Watts also enjoys musical theater and is currently working on learning the acoustic guitar.
Dr. Jay Chokshi

Dr. Chokshi was raised in South Florida and has a passion for providing care to those in need. He obtained a degree in Neuroscience from Florida Atlantic University. He then went on to receive his doctorate degree from the prestigious Tufts School of Dental Medicine, where he was heavily involved in emergency care and mission trips. He was able to obtain a wide variety of experience from treating young children and geriatric patients. Dr. Chokshi finds providing dental services to the homebound community very rewarding. He enjoys reading, cooking and painting.
Dr. Jana Jiminez

Dr. Jimenez was born and raised in Linden, NJ. She completed her undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Biology at Rutgers University in Newark. She then pursued a dual master’s degree in biomedical sciences and Public Health at UMDNJ. Dr. Jimenez moved to Boston to complete her doctorate at Tufts University Dental School. After graduation, she moved back to her home state and completed a General Residency Program at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ. Jana practices all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about providing the best quality of care to all her patients. Providing dental care to the
underserved homebound population brings her a great deal of satisfaction. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, binge watching tv, photography, exploring new restaurants (a true foodie at heart) and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Mike DeSanto

Dr. DiSanto was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. His passion for dentistry started at a young age. He was fascinated by his childhood dentist who was personable, kind, and helpful within the community. Dr. DiSanto earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology at Saint Francis College. He continued his education and earned his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Nova southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Throughout his experience in dental school, his passion for dentistry continued to grow, especially as her served under privileged communities while participating in the Florida Mission of Mercy Projects. One of Dr. DiSanto’s greatest and most memorable experiences was traveling to Jamaica multiple summers to provide dental care to individuals who had no access to care. After graduation, Mike completed a General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, where he became proficient in managing and providing comprehensive care to medically compromised patients. He treats his patients like family and this philosophy makes him an amazing dentist!
Dr. Nathan Gozland

Dr. Gozland, originally from the Bronx, NY, now resides in North Jersey with his wife. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Touro University and went on to complete his rigorous dental training at Rutgers school of Dental Medicine in Newark. During his time there, he gained extensive experience working with a diverse patient population. Dr. Gozland further honed his skills with a general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he performed more complex treatments, emergency dental care in the ER, and gained experience with medically complex patients. Nathan finds treating patients in their home very rewarding. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys traveling, cooking, playing guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Sandi Grace

Dr. Sandi Grace is a dedicated dentist with a deep passion for helping elderly patients who face challenges accessing dental care due to their medical conditions., She finds great fulfillment in providing compassionate and personalized care to this vulnerable group, understanding the unique obstacles
they face. Dr. Grace believes that every patient deserves access to quality care, and she works tirelessly to ensure that her elderly and medically compromised patients receive the attention and treatment they need. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. She then completed a general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Grace is committed to providing preventive and conservative care that helps patients feel confident in their smiles. Her passion lies in supporting patients’ overall health through quality dental care, especially those who face challenges in accessing treatment. In her free time, Sandi enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family.
Dr. Andrew Park

Dr. Park was born in South Korea, but grew up in Springfield, Missouri. He completed his undergraduate studies at Vassar College, with a degree in Cognitive Science before attending New York University College of Dentistry for his doctorate degree. He then completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he gained extensive experience in treating medically complex patients in all facets of dentistry. Dr. Park is especially passionate about treating patients with dementia as he experienced how his late maternal grandmother suffered from Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Park, in his free time, enjoys serving in his church, going on mission trips, and providing dental care with Baptist Medical and Dental Missions International, and spending time with his wonderful wife.
